Watching previously recorded panels with low-quality Zoom meetings wasn't exactly what comic book fans were into watching. Comic-Con was not able to pull off the event how they originally envisioned and, as a result, people weren't really into it. Adding to that uncertainty is the teased image of Superman's head with a target on it. Are DC fans going to be able to beat up Superman and Batman in this new video game? While that is unclear, there are a lot of people who would more than likely get a kick out of turning the tables and playing as a member of the Suicide Squad taking down members of the Justice League. Now, fans will have to speculate about what the gameplay will be like and who the villains will be. There’s certainly no shortage of figures from the previous Arkham games or the pages of DC Comics-whether they’ve been on Task Force X before or not-that could stand toe-to-toe with the Justice League.The Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League name was leaked a while back, but this is the first time that it has been officially confirmed. Here’s hoping that Kill the Justice League features a larger number of characters that are later included as downloadable content.
While it seems like the four main protagonists- if one could call them that-are the only playable characters announced so far, a game starring the Suicide Squad would benefit greatly from an eclectic roster of characters. The game sees government agent Amanda Waller send in the black ops supervillain team, the Suicide Squad-consisting of Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and King Shark-as a line of defense against the Justice League, who are being controlled by the villainous Brainiac. It serves as the next entry in their acclaimed Batman: Arkham series. One of the most highly anticipated new video games is Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League from Rocksteady Studios.
